Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition (no damage, unworn).
- In original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to complete your return.
Exceptions:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Return of items more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt of the item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact the credit card company as it may take some time for the official refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank as there may be a processing delay.
- If you’ve done all of these and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@zyanaly.com.
Sale or Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items.
- To exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at support@zyanaly.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, the refund will be processed to the buyer.
Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
- If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
